If we are unable to settle a dispute or reach an agreement, please note that TARGOBANK participates in the dispute settlement procedure of the Ombudsman for Private Banks the consumer arbitration board (www.bankenombudsmann.de). The ombudsman will allow you as a consumer the opportunity to request arbitration in settling a dispute with TARGOBANK. You may also contact the ombudsman for private banks if you are not a consumer and the dispute involves a payment service contract according to Section 675 (f) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
